Lindsay Lohan Returns to the U.S. With New Tattoo (VIDEO)

After much passport trouble and partying in Cannes, Lindsay Lohan finally made it back to LA Saturday evening.
Lindsay was photographed with what looks like a new tattoo, possibly temporary, of the Chanel logo on her wrist.
She is due in court Monday morning.
